- An active or prior employee of, and/or individual fully certified or commissioned by Emergency Medical Services related agencies and organizations in the State of Washington and the Idaho Panhandle.
- A family member who is sponsored by the RESCU member.
- Once a member, always a member. Membership is retained even if a member transfers residence.
